Authorizations and Certifications
Repack ensures safety, traceability, and sustainability through certified processes
At Repack, we operate with a certified, transparent, and accountable approach, ensuring secure and fully traceable operations for our clients. Our environmental authorizations certify the compliance of our facilities for the recovery and treatment of recycled plastic, as well as the authorization of vehicles used for its collection. Our product and process certifications confirm quality, traceability, and sustainability at every stage of our work.
Choosing Repack means relying on a partner that ensures responsible management of materials, certified processes and products, and the highest standards of safety and environmental care.

Authorizations
Repack’s facilities are authorized for the recovery of both hazardous and non-hazardous packaging waste—including drums, jerrycans, and IBC containers—with the goal of reconditioning or recycling them for reintroduction into the market.
When reuse is not feasible, the materials are sent for internal recycling through shredding, grinding, washing, and extrusion, resulting in high-quality secondary raw materials (SRMs) ready for new production cycles.

Thanks to an efficient and well-structured production system, we offer our clients safe, compliant, and sustainable waste management, turning packaging waste into new industrial resources.
A recovery model that reduces waste, promotes the circular economy, and improves sustainability performance.
Product Certifications
Repack’s circular economy model is certified by recognized standards that validate the quality and reliability of our recovery and recycling processes. These certifications ensure that our reconditioned polyethylene meets the technical requirements for industrial reuse (UNI 10667-2:2010) and that the recycled material is managed in a traceable and industry-compliant way (UNI EN 15343:2008).
For our clients, this means relying on a safe, high-performance product, sourced from a verified recovery system that ensures transparency and supply continuity.

Process Certifications
Repack’s circular economy is built on a certified system that ensures efficient, safe, and quality-driven processes.
Our certifications reflect our commitment to providing regenerated materials with high standards of performance and reliability, reducing environmental impact, and ensuring safe and protected working conditions.

LCA Analysis
Repack’s circular economy model is supported by a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study, conducted in accordance with the latest international standards (UNI EN ISO 14040:2021 and UNI EN ISO 14044:2021).
This certification demonstrates that our reconditioned and recycled packaging achieves a measurable reduction in environmental impact—particularly in CO₂ emissions and energy consumption—compared to the production of new packaging made from virgin plastic.
For our clients, this means choosing certified and traceable solutions based on scientific data, which can also be used in their own sustainability reporting.
