About Us

Repack, a leader in the circular economy of industrial packaging

Repack is part of the Capra Group and was established through the merger of four companies with a long-standing history in waste management and renewable energy. With over 30 years of experience, Repack stands out for its specialization in the recovery, reconditioning, and recycling of plastic industrial packaging, turning waste into sustainable resources.

Our mission is clear: to create a concrete model of circular economy that reduces environmental impact, improves production efficiency, and enhances the sustainability performance of our business partners.

Our Facilities

A production network serving the circular economy

Our five facilities, located in Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, and Tuscany, are the operational core of Repack’s circular economy model.

Each site is dedicated to the recovery, reconditioning, and recycling of industrial packaging such as drums, jerrycans, and IBC containers. Their geographical distribution helps reduce transport-related emissions, optimizing costs and processes while ensuring a lower environmental impact.

All our plants are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability.

Part of a network of excellence

Repack’s role in FIRI

Repack is not only a circular economy operator but also an active promoter of packaging regeneration in Italy. We are among the founding members of the RICREA Consortium and FIRI – the Italian Federation of Packaging Regenerators, the national association representing companies committed to the recovery and reconditioning of industrial packaging. Since 2020, FIRI has been actively involved, through its representative, in SERRED – the European industry association that contributed to the drafting of the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

Through FIRI, Repack plays an active role in setting increasingly high-quality standards, promoting — in close cooperation with CONAI, Corepla, Ricrea, and Rilegno — a sustainable and certified packaging management model aligned with European circular economy goals. Being part of this network means working together to develop innovative solutions, optimize processes, and reduce the environmental impact of the sector.
